Since the publication of the first edition, in 1998, the objective of the Manual de Cefalometria is to present the reader with the bases for understanding cephalometry in the simplest and most practical way possible. Over the years and subsequent editions there has been a need to expand on the original text. New cephalometric analyzes were introduced. A chapter on clinical cephalometrics was created, allowing the reader to plan orthodontic treatment based on the values ​​of selected cephalometric measurements. In the current stage of development, the book seems to have reached its ideal format, maintaining the same characteristics that guided the work since its inception: simplicity and practicality.
